Guest Speakers
John Prevatt Karate (JPK) routinely invites guest speakers during our MAX (Martial Arts X-treme) training sessions, ladies-only class, and family class to help us increase our awareness and learn more about various topics like street fighting, Judo, Krav Maga, and other disciplines of self-defense. Most recently, we welcomed Pasco County Sheriff Alan through our school’s best friend, Mr. Bushell (Retired Deputy Chief) for teaching our after-school kids about “Bullying” and “Cyber Bullying.” Each participant received a collection of picture cards to help us learn more about what the various duties are performed inside the Pasco Sheriff’s Office organization.We also participate in guest’s physical fitness demonstrations for quick hands-on training.
